The current world footballer of the year scored a hat-trick against city rivals, Atletico on Thursday in the Champions League to establish himself as the highest goal scorer in the competition.
The convincing 3-0 semifinal win over Atletico Madrid makes the Los Blancos favourite to qualify for their second final in two years, but Real must now shift their attention to domestic duties.
Ten points from their remaining four games will see Madrid win the La Liga for the first time in four years.
Defenders Raphael Varane and Dani Carvajal are unavailable due to injury and so is Gareth Bale. Goalkeeper Keylor Navas is also rested.
Real Madrid squad for Granada clash:
Goalkeepers: Kiko Casilla and Rubén Yáñez.
Defenders: Ramos, Nacho, Marcelo, Coentrao and Danilo.
Midfielders: Kroos, James, Casemiro, Kovacic, Modric, Asensio and Isco.
Forwards: Benzema, Lucas Vázquez, Mariano and Morata.
