Postponed Celta Vigo Vs Real Madrid match gets new date
The officiating body of the Spanish League has confirmed that the postponed match between Celta Vigo and Real Madrid will be played on Wednesday 17 May at 21:00 CET.
The week 21 La liga fixture was called off due to bad weather at Vigo back in February.
Second place Real Madrid are currently level on point with Barcelona having played a match less. Irrespective of Barcelona's results, ten points from Real Madrid's last four games will see them crowned champions.
Celta are currently 11th on the La Liga table and have done well in Europe. They lost the first leg of their semifinal Europa League match against Manchester United last Thursday at home, and must now beat Mourinho's men at Old Trafford to force their way into the finals.
Real Madrid on their part are favourite to qualify for the Champions League final after an empathic 3-0 first leg semifinal win over Atletico Madrid.
Real Madrid last won the La liga in 2012.
