Tottenham 3-1 Real Madrid: Fans react
Real Madrid lost their second match in a row and within a week, after a below par display against Spurs who have now cemented their place in the second round. The Los Blancos could only manage one point out of a possible six in two consecutive games against the London side.
On their first visit to the Wembley stadium, Real Madrid couldn't match their host in efficiency and determination as a Dele Ali brace, a goal in each half and a Christian Eriksen calm finish in the 65th minute condemned Zidane's men to their first wembley defeat.
Ronaldo pulled one back for Real Madrid in the 80th minute, but it was one too late.
From banter, blames and show of unflinching support, Here is how football fans on Twitter reacted to the outcome of the match:

Ronaldo was Madrids best player by far, he was the only one that created danger in attack, made so many good runs that were ignored again— Filipe Orlando 🌏 (@MrFilipeOrlando) November 1, 2017
I’m not going to talk about the horrible transfer window we had, but I’ll say again that Achraf is not really to be in the first team.— TheCRonaldoFan (@TheCRonaldoFan) November 1, 2017
Ali getting to that ball in between Ramos and Nacho is worrisome.. The defence hasn't been convincing all season. #RMCF #UCL— Real Madrid Focus (@MadridFocus) November 1, 2017

Even the Spanish football expert saw it coming
It is easy to say, “you could see it coming with this poor Madrid”, but you then have to believe you can beat them... (1/2)

... then defend well, attack with conviction, convert chances, go for a second goal, maintain order. Spurs did all that! Brilliant! (2/2)
