Mariano Diaz completes Olympique Lyon move
French side Olympique Lyon, have completed the signing of Real Madrid striker Mariano Diaz.
The move didn’t come as a surprise, as Lyon President, Jean Michel Aulas confirmed days ago that both clubs are in talks for the player.
The 23 year old signed a five year deal with the Ligue 1 giants. The move is reported worth €8m.
The striker had limited chances with the Real Madrid first team. He was promoted to the senior side last in August 2016, after a Karim Benzema injury. He made his debut as a substitute in a Copa del Rey match against Celta Vigo on August 27.Welcome in the #teamOL Mariano Diaz!!! 🔴🔵 pic.twitter.com/AOq0AmuGNf— OL English (@OL_English) June 30, 2017
