Enzo Zidane completes Alaves move

Enzo Zidane, the first son of Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane has completed a move to Alaves after agreeing terms to a three year deal.

The 22 year old has been a regular for the Castilla side over the last two seasons, and made a goal scoring debut for the senior side, coming on as a substitute in a Copa del Rey win over Cultural Leonesa last season. He made 32 appearances for the Castilla team last season, scoring five goals and assisting five.

He was included in a the squad for a number of Real Madrid matches last season but rarely made the match day squad.

An official statement from Alaves welcomed the midfielder to the club, and stated that he will be unveiled next week.

Alaves finished ninth in the La Liga last season.

There are reports that the deal includes a buy-back clause, that will see the player move back to Madrid should he impress. Such clauses have been triggered to bring back the likes of Alvaro Morata and Dani Carvajal back to the club after initial exits.
