Manchester United and PSG interested in Real Madrid midfielder - Report

Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro has some thinking to do as the Brazilian could be at the centre of a transfer battle between some top European clubs.

The 25 year old has attracted interest from French big spenders Paris St. Germain and English powerhouse  Manchester United. According to Diario Gol (in Spanish).

Casemiro's current deal with the club runs till June 2021. Real Madrid have handed out new contracts to a number of key players within the first team, and the Brazilian could be in line for a new deal.

PSG splashed over €200m on Neymar last season, and according to Diario Gol, the French club are counting on the world's most expensive player to convince his fellow countryman to quit Spain for France.

Mourinho has been a huge fan of highly physical midfielders, and Casemiro fits into the bill. The Manchester United manager is reportedly monitoring Casemiro's situation at Madrid.

The Brazilian has been one of the best defensive midfielders in European football for the past few seasons, and played a key role in Real Madrid's Champions League double. The height of that was his brilliant goal against Juventus in the last final.

According to the report, Florentino Perez is ready to hand a new improved deal to the 25 year old, which will keep him at the Bernabeu for long and make Zidane happy.
