Cristiano Ronaldo voted Champions League player of the week

The Real Madrid forard has been voted as the Champions League player of the week by fans on  uefa's official website. 

Ronaldo, playing his 400th game for Real Madrid scored a brace against Borussia Drotmund, as the Los Blancos made it two wins in two group matches in this season's Champions League.

Ronaldo amassed 35% of the votes to emerge winner. His closest rival was PSG and world's most expensive player Neymar who pulled 27%. Tottenham's Harry Kane got 16%, while 13% of the voters voted for Romelu Lukaku of Manchester United.

Ronaldo has now scored 411 goals for Real Madrid in all competitions.
