Confirmed Real Madrid squad for Manchester United Super Cup clash

Cristiano Ronaldo has been named in the Real Madrid squad for the UEFA Super Cup clash against Europa League winners Manchester United.

 Zidane has named a strong 24 man squad for the encounter.

Ronaldo didn’t feature for Real Madrid in any pre-season match after been granted extended break, because of his participation at the Confederations Cup. His last match was on June 28 for Portugal against Chile.The Portugese returned to training on Saturday.

New signings Vallejo, Theo Hernandez,  Dani Ceballos were also included in the travelling squad.

Real Madrid take on Manchester United on Tuesday, 08 August, 017 at the Philip II Arena in Skopje, Macedonia.

Goalkepers: Navas, Casilla and Luca.

Defenders: Carvajal, Vallejo, Ramos, Varane, Nacho, Marcelo, Theo and Achraf.

Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, Marcos Llorente, Asensio, Isco, Kovacic and Ceballos.

Forwards: Cristiano Ronaldo, Bale, Benzema, Lucas Vázquez and Mayoral.

Real Madrid will be seeking to become the first team to win the Cup back to back.
