Real Madrid officially announce Theo Hernandez signing

Real Madrid have confirmed that the club have reached an agreement with Atletico Madrid for the transfer of left back Theo Hernandez via the club's website.

The 19 year old will put pen to paper on a six year deal. The deal is believed to have been concluded back in May, with Real Madrid paying €24m for the player.

Hernandez will be unveiled as a Real Madrid player at the Bernabeu on Monday, the same day the rest of the squad report for their first training session of pre-season.

The player spent last season on loan at Alaves from Atletico, with impressive displays. He will come in as the team's second choice left back behind Marcello, who is undoubtedly one of the best left backs currently in World football.
