Manchester United to end Morata pursuit after Lukaku agreement
Manchester United's pursuit of Real Madrid forward Alvaro Morata now hang in a balance after reports emerged on Thursday that United have agreed a £75m deal with Everton for Romelu Lukaku.

Morata emerged as a top target for José Mourinho's side after their initial interest in Antoine Griezmann was dealt a blow with Atletico's transfer ban upheld by the Court of Arbitration for sports.
Earlier on Thursday, it was reported that Manchester United and Real Madrid are close in their valuation of the player. Madrid were demanding €80m for Morata, while United were offering €75. And it was believed that an agreement could be reached soon, and a deal tied up before United travel to the USA for their pre-season.
Things have however change, with United agreeing a deal with Everton for the Belgian. According to Sky Sources, Lukaku's signing will end United's interest in Morata.
Morata, 24 was Real Madrid's second choice striker last season, and the player has spoken of his desire to get more playing time.
With the transfer fee involved in both deals, it is highly unlikely that United will want to cough out another €80m for another striker.
