Real Madrid dominate nominations for 2017 Globe Soccer Awards
The award ceremony is organised by the the EFAA (European Association of Player's Agents) and the ECA (European Club Association). This is the eighth edition of the award.
Real Madrid have enjoyed a highly successful 2017, and this has counted for the club.
Zinedine Zidane alongside Antonio Conte, Jose Mourinho and Massimiliano Allegri have been nominated for the coach of the year award.
Real Madrid, Manchester United and AS Monaco are up for the award of best club for 2017.
The Real Madrid duo of Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos are nominated for the player of the year award. Other players nominated for the player of the year are Lionel Messi, Paulo Dybala, Gianluigi Buffon, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
Ronlaldo has won the Globe Soccer player of the year award thrice, while Messi has on it oncce. The Portuguese star won the first player of the year award in 2011. He also won the award in 2014 and in 2016(last year).
At last year's award, Real Madrid won the award as the Best Club of the Year, while Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez won the award as the Best President of the Year.
