How Real Madrid could lineup against Malaga: Navas to return

Real Madrid will want to build on the impressive 6-0 win over APOEL in the Champions League when they return to domestic action against Malaga on Saturday.

It was a close to perfect match on Tuesday, that should serve as a springboard for Madrid's revival in the league. Zidane's men are currently ten points behind table-toppers Barcelona, and the Los Blancos are in a distant third on the table.

Keylor Navas is back after been out for close to two months. He should return to the starting eleven.

Sergio Ramos is a doubt after suffering a nose fracture in the Madrid derby. That means Varane and Nacho will start at the heart of the defence. Carvajal will keep his place at right back and Marcelo at left back.

Casemiro has been Madrid's best defensive midfielder for the past few seasons, making that position solely his. He should start in his usual role. Luka Modric scored a cracker against APOEL and should start. Dani Ceballos has been on the bench for quite a long time. The 21-year-old also has shown the ability to score vital goals, I will like to sew him start ahead of Toni Kroos.

Ronaldo and Benzema were among the goal scorers on Tuesday. The duo will come into this match with huge confidence. Both have scored just one La Liga goal each this season, and I expect one or both of them to be scoresheet again this weekend.

Ronaldo should start on the right wing as usual, with Isco on the left. Benzema should lead the lines once again.
