4-3-3: Predicted Real Madrid starting eleven vs Getafe

Real Madrid return to LaLiga action on Saturday after the hectic international break. The Los Blancos are currently fifth on the table, seven points behind leaders Barcelona who take on Atletico Madrid in the late kickoff on Saturday.

Zidane had a very thin squad before the break. A number of the injured players have returned to training, but also two main players in the squad have returned from international duties injured.

Keylor Navas got injured on while on duty with Costa Rica, and the Real Madrid shot stopper could miss two games. He is a major doubt for the game. In his anticipated absence, Casilla  would expectedly start in goal.

The defence is where Real Madrid is currently lacking in numbers. Moroccan youngster Achraf made his debut two weeks ago because of injuries to some senior defenders within the squad, and may have to play his second game in a row.

Carvajal is still out, Zidane has confirmed, and so Achraf should keep his place at right back.

The duo of Varane and Sergio Ramos have been solid as unconvincing at centre back for Real this season, but are the two first choice centre backs. They should start.

Theo Hernandez is back in training, but it remains to be seen if he is fit for a start. Nacho played at left back against Alaves and did well. He should start at left back.

The trio of Casemiro, Toni Kroos and Luka Modric are thankfully available.

Dani Ceballos has given a decent account of himself so far this season, but with Real Madrid needing to win this on a weekend Barcelona may drop points, Casemiro, Modric and Kroos should start.

Gareth Bale also returned early from the international break injured. He didn't play a match for Wales. In his absence, Isco and Marco Asensio should start on the wings, behind Cristiano Ronaldo who leads the line as the team's top striker.
