Ronaldinho describes Zidane as one of the best players of all time

The former Barcelona star has paid glowing tribute to Real Madrid manager Zidane, who added another year to his age on yesterday. Zinedine Zidane turned 45 on Friday, and the last 12 months have been amazing for the Frenchman. His Real Madrid team won the La Liga and retained the Champions League. 

Zidane and Ronaldinho faced each other on different occasions during their playing days, especially in heated El- Clasico fixtures. But from all indications, there is still great mutual respect between both.

Ronaldinho wrote on his Instagram account: 

Parabéns meu amigo @zidane. Você é um dos caras com quem mais tive o prazer de dividir os gramados. Algumas vezes ganhando, outras perdendo, mas sempre com a alegria de encontrar um dos melhores jogadores do mundo, de todos os tempos. Parabéns também pela sua incrível trajetória como treinador, um grande campeão, que sabe entender e gerir um grupo! Feliz aniversário, meu amigo!

With five Ballon D'Or between both legends, it's great to see a healthy relationship between both men.
